Sick but Feeling Good

Greg and Greer have both had a nasty stomach bug since Thursday morning, but Greer hasn't let it get her down. She's been happy and playing all weekend, and has enjoyed Mama and Daddy being home with her.

Greer made this Valentine for us in school. You can see where she colored it. She is already showing such potential as a brilliant artist!

Trying to Crawl

Greer is trying to crawl. She gets on her hands and knees and rocks, but can't seem to move forward. Mr. Kitty is good motivation - she would love to catch him.

Greer's New Toy

Beema & Papa (Greg's parents) sent Greer a new toy - it's a seat that she can jump up and down in. She loves it, and it's so funny to watch her in it. Here's a short video of her jumping.

Greer had a great day today! We visited Greg's cousin, Amy, in Black Mountain. She works (and lives) at a camp, so we spent some time outdoors petting horses and dogs, and enjoying the wonderful weather here today. We had some bbq after that, then Greer and I joined some friends and babies for a play date. Greer is so facinated by everything, and she loves to get out of the house and see new things. She's also getting on her hands and knees and rocking quite a bit, so we think crawling is just around the corner...watch out!
