Lazy Sunday

It really felt like summer in Asheville this weekend, and we were pretty lazy most of the time (including me not bothering to take photos of Greer to post on the blog). I did take this video of Greer - it will be boring to most people, but I think a few of us can enjoy it. Greg gave her a huge strawberry from our garden, and Greer spent about five minutes sucking on it until it was almost gone. Hope you had a lazy weekend, too!

We drove to Huntsville this weekend to celebrate Greg's birthday. Here are some pictures of baby Greer.

New Trick

Greer has suddenly learned to clap, and enjoys doing it all the time! Here's a video of her new skill. Keep in mind - we filmed this just before bedtime, so Greer is a little cranky.

Two Front Teeth!

Greer's top two front teeth made an appearance on Thursday! They're just peeking through, but will be very visible in the coming weeks. Soon she'll have two on top to match her two on bottom!

Granny is in town this weekend, and is enjoying seeing Greer. We spent some time today at the lake to celebrate Jacky and Mae's birthday.

Biscuit Teeth!

I went to Blowing Rock over the weekend with a friend, so I wasn't around to take many pictures; however, I think the one I got is pretty cute! We are experimenting with finger foods, and found one that Greer loves - biscuits! We gave her pieces of a biscuit Saturday morning, and she couldn't get them in her mouth fast enough. It ended up turning into mush and sticking to her upper gum. She thought it was so funny and we did, too, because it looks like she has teeth on her top gum but it's really just biscuit.
